When they first said the theme and limitation, I had no idea what I was going to do. I decided that the goal would be trying to get the heaven. But why would an inanimate object be trying to get to heaven. I came to the decision that the player would be a sword with a human soul trapped in it. It could of been easy to make it control like any other game, but I wanted something different for the sword idea. I made it so the sword could only be thrown and must do so to move and attack.
The hard part was the art and music. I am terrible at both so huge thanks to all the itch.io assets for making this project even possible.
